What if the barefoot sandals are too small or too large?
We've designed our sandals to fit a range of shoe sizes with the adjustable chain, however, if your sandals are too tight or not tight enough, Your satisfaction is our number one concern and we would be happy to exchange your sandals and make another pair for you. Please return the sandals in a bubble-wrap envelope and indicate how much increase or decrease in size is required.
What if my barefoot sandals break?
If your sandals break, it's possible that you had them too tight or too loose. The sandals are handcrafted using very strong cord, however if you stretch the cord beyond its limitations just to put them on, it's possible that they could break. If this happens, we would be happy to replace them for you - free of charge - as long as it's within the first 3 days of receipt of your order. You would be responsible for the postage to return the broken pair to us.
How can I keep my barefoot sandals in good condition?
The best way to keep your handcrafted sandals in shape is to treat them gently and avoid stretching them too far. Store them in the box you receive them in to avoid catching on other jewelry.
