Return Policy

 

 

 All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the item. Any items returned must be in new, unused condition in original manufacturer's packaging. If for any reason the item appears worn or used, or not in the original manufacturer's packaging in resalable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Credit will be issued on the returned item for the original purchase price only. Return shipping must be prepaid.

 Shipping Policy

 

All Fancier Feet suppliers only ship within the continental United States. (not to Alaska or Hawaii). At this time, our suppliers do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. These type of addresses are set up by the United States Postal Service for personal and military use. Our suppliers ship products using UPS, Fedex, DHL and other private carriers that do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

 

Warranties

 

 We support all manufacturers' warranties on their products. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. We are not responsible for any manufacturer warranty claims or repair claims.
